Drive Your Career was built on a simple observation: the trucking industry has a recruiting problem that generic job boards can't fix. Posting a job on Indeed or LinkedIn reaches a broad audience, many of whom have never held a Class 1 or Class 3 licence and never will. You get volume. You don't get the right people.
We work exclusively in commercial transportation. Every driver we place, every employer we serve, every guide we publish: it's all in the same lane. That focus means we have the network, the vocabulary, and the qualifying criteria to match drivers to roles faster and more accurately than a general recruiter ever could.
Our founder, Clint Watford, has spent over a decade building relationships with carriers from BC to Ontario, and employers across the border into the US. He understands the pressures on both sides of the desk: the carrier struggling to keep seats filled, and the driver trying to find a run that actually fits their life.
